ALYSE MARIE

Alyse Marie found her love of storytelling at the age of 11, when she saw her sister in a school production of Once on this Island. Since then, her love of film, theatre, and music have grown into her passion and career. Alyse Marie is a multi-hyphenate, currently creative producing for AMP.

Jalen Layfield found his passion for film and television at a young age, often emersed in the characters he saw on screen. He would go on to use his love of story with his in-depth experience in product management, to become an excellent producer, getting a script from paper to screen.

Melyssa Watson became inthralled with film and television and studied film at Columbus State University, graduating in 2018 and joined AMP in 2020. Melyssa now oversees physical production for every project and is our main stream of communication between production and talent.

AMP was born out of a lack of opportunity in Hollywood, together combined with inspiration from so many creators of color who decided to make their own way. We are thrilled to be able to forge our own paths with collaborators who are like-minded and share our ultimate vision.

Alyse Marie Productions is a full service production company whose mission is to create quality content of powerful, diverse stories that audiences everywhere relate to and love. Our goal is to collaborate with creatives of color in front and behind the screen to amplify diverse voices with powerful stories to tell.
